A software studio with a real address, a real team, and work you can check.
Bitsbuffer is a Pakistan-based studio that has spent years building production software for real clients. Workflow Engine is the product that grew out of that work.

Built by developers who kept shipping after the client project ended.
Bitsbuffer started as a studio that takes on custom software for other companies. E-commerce platforms, fintech tools, ERP systems, agri-tech products. That work never stopped. It is still most of what we build today.
Workflow Engine came out of a different pattern. We kept rebuilding the same HR and operations systems for different clients, so we built one platform instead of starting over each time. It is now the flagship product, but the studio behind it is the same one that answers your discovery call.
What did not change
- •The same 21 to 50 person team scopes and builds every project.
- •The same six-pass standard applies whether it is a client build or our own product.
- •The same Lahore studio is where the work actually happens.
What is different now
- •Workflow Engine now ships under its own name and its own product voice.
- •Client work and platform work run on separate roadmaps.
- •The studio supports two things at once instead of one.
Life at the studio
No stock photography. This is the actual studio, the actual team, and the actual work, on an ordinary week at the studio.

How we work
Real, not staged
The photos on this page are the actual studio. Case studies name real stacks. Nothing here is a stock placeholder.
Discipline over shortcuts
Every release, client work and Workflow Engine alike, goes through the same six-pass audit before it ships.
One standard, two products
Custom builds and Workflow Engine are different roadmaps, but they answer to the same delivery bar.
You own what we build
No lock-in. When a project ships, the code is yours, not licensed back to you.
Tell us what you are building.
No generic proposal. No obligation. Real workflow mapping starts in the first conversation, and a real person answers, no bot.
No credit card, no sales deck, no long-term lock-in.
